Social Media Policies
Creation of new Battle Flag Ranch-affiliated event/program pages:
Any social media pages, groups, or accounts created that contain Battle Flag Ranch trademarks, event name, or program name must have at least one (1) Battle Flag Ranch executive staff member as an administrator. For any pages, groups, or accounts on social media platforms that have a single login only, the username and password must be provided to Battle Flag Ranch.
Creation of pages containing Battle Flag Ranch trademarks without approval is a violation of this policy.
Content Moderation:
Battle Flag Ranch encourages the open sharing of ideas, stories, and other content that supports our mission in a positive way.
Battle Flag Ranch would like a national following and donor base, working with individuals, companies, and like minded organizations coast to coast. To protect Battle Flag Ranch brand integrity, we reserve the right to moderate social media content on all pages, groups, and accounts using our trademarks.
Promotion of outside content:
The only events, programs, or campaigns that may be promoted on Battle Flag Ranch assets are those trademarked by us, or those that have been approved by our staff.
The following outside organizations are approved for Promotion:
Department of Veteran Affairs
National Suicide Hotline
Combat Boot Divas
Operation: Adopt a Hero
* this list is subject to change; changes will be published at www.battleflagranch.com/social-media
** Some events, programs, or campaigns may allow for the promotion of additional outside organizations. These will be handled on a case by case basis

- Profane, obscene, inappropriate, or disruptive
- Sexually explicit, indecent, or pornographic
- Threatening, personal attacks, derogatory or inflammatory content
- Hateful speech regarding age, race, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability
- False, inaccurate, defamatory, or libelous
- Spam, content containing links to viruses, malware or spyware
- Illegal or Promoting Illegal Activities
